Hot Dog Pattern

 

This is my low-sew Hot Dog pattern, that's become very popular in the crochet community.

Skill level: Beginner 

Suggested Yarn and Hook: I used Chenille Home Slim yarn from Michaels, with a 6mm crochet hook, but you can use any size and type of yarn, you will just need to adjust your hook size. 

Eyes and Nose: I used 12mm eyes and a 12mm nose

I came up with this idea when market prepping for a Wiener-Paw-Looza, a fundraising event organized by a Wiener Dog Rescue. It was late at night, and I may have been a little bit too tired, but this amazing idea came into my mind, and I brought it to life!

I was only able to complete a handful of these silly Hot Dogs for the Wiener-Paw-Looza, but they all sold out within the first 30 minutes of the event, and have been a best-seller ever since!

I sell the Hot Dogs with the basket and napkin, to add some silliness and value.
